WLN Minneapolis Celebrates Women's History Month
The Minneapolis chapter of WLN closed out Women’s History Month on a high note. On March 28, the chapter hosted a networking event that celebrated IPG’s local female creatives. Designers from Weber Shandwick, McCann Minneapolis and Carmichael Lynch shared their talents in the form of feminist t-shirt designs which were live screen-printed for attendees. As a backdrop to the networking event, the chapter screened videos of iconic and motivating speeches delivered by women. It was one of the chapter’s most popular events to-date, depleting a supply of 50 shirts in less than an hour.
International Women’s Day Annual Event: Celebrating Superwomen
WLN Singapore hosted their third annual International Women’s Day event: Celebrating Superwomen, on March 8th, 2018.

WLN Chicago ‘Soars’ in 2018
WLN Chicago kicked off 2018 in style with Soaring to New Heights: a speaker event featuring Anne Toulouse of The Boeing Company. Anne has been a fabulous partner to many at IPG, so attendees were excited to hear her wisdom around successful leadership and growth for women in the marketing world.
Finding Balance Between Success and Philanthropy
Last week, the Atlanta chapter had its final event of the year, “Finding Balance Between Success and Philanthropy.” Guest speaker Jennifer Levine Hartz from Corporate Hartz LLC shared the expertise and wisdom she’s gained in this area throughout her impressive career in strategic CSR and family philanthropy.Read more

Over 40 women from the Women’s Leadership Network-Stamford chapter attended a wellness event and workshop November 16th featuring healthy lifestyle writer and motivational speaker, Caryn Sullivan, from Pretty Wellness, a company that aims to inspire people to take small steps toward better health. Networking, Self-care, and Puppies – Oh my!
Self-care was in the air at WLN Chicago’s latest event. The chapter hosted a night of networking and guided discussion about self-care for women leaders, with an immersive pet therapy experience with shelter animals from The Anti-Cruelty Society. Attendees connected over their shared struggles and triumphs with balancing work and life, and took much-deserved time to relax with some furry friends.

Communication in the Workplace
The Atlanta WLN chapter hosted its third event and had a great turnout with about 38 ladies in attendance! The theme was “Communication in the Workplace” and we discussed the use of team collaboration technologies to improve communication, productivity and outputs, and how technology can often help overcome distance as a barrier.Read more
