To help put your best foot forward in 2020, LinkedIn’s Senior Customer Success Manager Laura O’Connor shared key insights on understanding and utilizing your LinkedIn profile to promote your personal brand, followed by a fireside chat with Director of Customer Success Aarti Thapar who shared practical tips to showcase your authentic professional self and her thoughts on the intersection between online branding and real-life success. To end on a motivating note, all attendees were given the opportunity to kickstart their profile refresh by getting a professional headshot taken.
