What is your proudest career accomplishment? I love marketing and working in retail. It’s been a privilege pioneering FCB/RED, which stands for Retail, Engagement and Digital, and evolving the brand engagement, retail and shopper marketing practices globally for FCB, one of the major global communications agencies based here in Chicago. I am proud of leading and building talented teams that help brands unlock their potential through great ideas. I have been blessed to partner with a wide range of clients including Mars, P&G, Coca-Cola, Jack Daniel’s, Big Heart Pet Brands, MilkPEP, Abbott, Mondelez, CVS, Kmart, Walmart and Taco Bell to name a few. My proudest accomplishment was also the most humbling. It was being selected and serving as President of the Jury at the Festival of Creativity Cannes Lions in France.
