To close out March, which is National Women’s History Month, WLN NY hosted “Closing the STEM Gender Gap”, an event focused on the rise in the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) side of the advertising industry on Monday, March 31st.

WLN co-chairs Felicia Geiger, Deutsch, and Marie Corcoran, Gotham, Inc., welcomed over 80 attendees by addressing the need to redefine the way in which we think of women in the workplace as well as how a STEM career is broader than ever before.  The panel featured female executives from IPG, Ansible, BPN, FCB, GolinHarris, ICC Lowe, IPG Mediabrands, Magna Global and R/GA discussing their intersection with STEM-based careers within our industry.
