Vision 2020
Dallas WLN hosted our Vision 2020 event. Twenty-one employees from Golin, Weber, and Octagon came together to discuss how to create effective goals, and create 2020 vision boards for our workspaces. We had great conversations around setting intentions and keeping goals top of mind for the entire year.

In partnership with UBS, WLN NY hosted an in-person and national webcast to speak through one of life’s most difficult topics: Finances. The UBS "Own Your Worth" presentation focused on taking control of your financial wellness by identifying goals and developing a manageable plan to achieve long-term success.

IPG hosted its annual Women’s Breakfast at CES with top innovators from Kinesso, R/GA, Mastercard and The New York Times to discuss the correlation between data privacy policy and brand health at CES 2020.

IPG WLN Managing Bias Workshop
We all have unconscious bias; it’s hardwired in each of us. When these biases become part of the important decisions we make at work, it can negatively impact our workplace and prevent us from achieving our most innovative work. Surfacing and understanding the unconscious biases that we all have, and learning how to counteract them, is crucial as we strive to create an inclusive workplace.
An Inclusive Workplace: It Takes a Village
On October 23, 2019 in Stamford’s picturesque Harbor Point, more than 60 diverse professionals from across the area gathered at Octagon headquarters to dissect best practices surrounding workplace inclusivity.
