WLN Japan hosted an online #IWD2021 event on March 10th, inviting two ex-McCann women who had continued to pursue their profession in their respective creative fields after leaving McCann; Ms. Masako Imai, TV scenario writer, and Ms. Misaki Matsui, photographer. They each shared their experience, the challenges they faced as they pursued their profession.
A panel discussion followed adding two panelists from our agencies. The event was very well received, providing courage, inspiration, stimulation, and food for thought to over 250 participants – both men and women – from IPG agencies in Japan.
