The IPG Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) is launching “She Has a Point,” a year-long, global integrated program to empower IPG’s female talent, which makes up approximately 55% of its workforce.

The campaign’s purpose is to energize IPG women’s thought leadership so that it is seen and heard like never before. Our actions aim to bring gender balance to thought leadership within business media and conference stages to help overcome stereotypes that reduce the extent to which women have voice and visibility.
