The book club’s mission is to recommend and drive discussions on books that are relevant to the marketing industry and our LEAD mission – to champion Acxiom women by working to understand the gender equality challenges they may be facing – and leverage those learnings to tirelessly advocate for every colleague to contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace.

We have so far hosted four book club sessions since our inception in spring 2019. Session attendance ranges depending on the interest in the book. We typically promote the book club sessions to our LEAD member base of 650 but at times may also promote to the entire company if the topic is broad enough.
