Acxiom’s Women LEAD’s mission is to champion Acxiom women by working to understand the gender equality challenges they may be facing – and leverage those learnings to tirelessly advocate for every colleague to contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace.
We form a voluntary 6-month advisory panel of 12-15 members who are assigned to topical subcommittees based on their interest in leading events, with the goal of one event per month focused on one of six topics including learning workshops, outside speaker series, allyship, organizational politics and skill-building, tackling specific challenges and our book club.
