In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) explored the significance of Gender Intelligence in the workplace with a panel discussion comprised of female and male executives in the IPG agency network.
The panel analyzed thought provoking questions based on the Men and Women Really Do Think Differently: The Science and Significance of Gender Intelligence in the Workplace webinar hosted earlier this month. The discussion included topics about natural strengths and tendencies among women and men, and the scientific rationale behind commonly experienced workplace situations. The discussion also covered how to leverage those differences to work more effectively in the workplace and marketplace.
