Michael Roth joined fellow ‪#‎manbassadors‬ on stage at the 3 Percent Conference to discuss diversity and inclusion, and championing women leaders.

The panel highlighted men who champion women and apply gender intelligence into the workplace. These Manbassadors talked about how they run their agencies to be better for everyone. The panel was moderated by Meredith Levien, Chief Revenue Officer of The New York Times and included Shelley Zalis, founder of The Girls Lounge, Bruce Henderson, Chief Creative Officer, Jack Morton Worldwide, Courtney Buechert, Chief Executive Officer, Eleven Inc. and Max Rutherford, Partner Diversity Director, GSD&M.

Michael discussed how IPG was the first in our sector to tie senior-level compensation to our diversity goals, further evidence that Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is a top priority for us.
