This month’s WLN CT chapter met to discuss a wide variety of topics all relating back to feminism and why the word has been so negatively perceived lately. The presentation was inspired by International Women’s Day on Sunday, March 8, and the marketing campaigns that surrounded it, including Not-There; No Ceilings; HeForShe.

These topics sparked a lot of conversation surrounding gender equality, discrimination in the work place, and the balance of work and personal life.
