As the President of The Mediabrands Audience Platform (MAP), Nicole oversees the global operations and MAP offerings, specifically focused on the products and technology solutions that enable the programmatic solutions across all markets.  Nicole manages all product, technology, operational and service decisions of the organization, working to craft MAP as the next generation of a media buying organization.  Nicole also has responsibility for increasing the automation and technology of the business to drive maximum operational efficiency and effectiveness of the operation.

As President, Nicole’s role is also strategic in developing new business channels, new markets and offerings.  Nicole has a strong background in client servicing as well as driving operational excellence.  She believes that working with clients to constantly evolve the ROI on marketing efforts is the foundation for MAP and a strong driver behind our business value.

Nicole has spent her career focused on driving operational excellence and service in various industries and most recently spent six years with Organic overseeing the San Francisco, Los Angeles and Detroit offices.  Nicole’s international experience of launching new businesses and service offerings abroad in Australia, The Netherlands and Japan are also instrumental in crafting the MAP plans for providing these services to partners and clients outside of the U.S.  Nicole’s knowledge of our industry coupled with a deep background in operations allows her to focus on driving the growth and success of MAP, while maintaining a collaborative and inspirational culture.
