and ensuring all appropriate media is bought programmatically and in real-time, with an emphasis on driving business outcomes.  Kristi practices what IPG Mediabrands preaches: that media and messaging should mirror the values of the brand.

Kristi joined IPG Mediabrands as UM’s Chief Transformation Officer to help operationalize Media 3.0, the agency’s operating platform centered around insights and advanced analytics, custom content and portfolio management. At UM, Kristi focused on product transformation and the deployment of Media 3.0 globally. She was also in charge of matrixed GMP leadership, training, technology and new business support. In her previous role as a Global Managing Partner, Kristi managed global media investments for UM and was responsible for setting vision and executing a new media model. Some of the thriving global media campaigns that Kristi has piloted at UM include the Windows 7 campaign, Xbox, and the new search engine Bing, which achieved remarkable success in a market heavily dominated by competition.

Before joining UM, Kristi served as EVP, Creative Channel Planning for Arnold, Boston. Previously, she was Associate Partner, Media Director for Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. She has worked with other national and international clients, including Nike, Porsche, Fidelity, and Starbucks.
