In conjunction with Women’s History Month, the WLN NY Chapter hosted a packed re-launch event at Deutsch’s NY headquarters. With nearly 150 people in attendance, the WLN NY hosted a panel discussion, Secrets to Success: Insights, Innovation & Inspiration on March 22nd.
The panel included Tara Comonte, Chief Financial Officer, McCann Worldgroup; Nicole Cramer, SVP, Chief of Staff, McCann Worldgroup; Val DiFebo, Chief Executive Officer, Deutsch New York; Jane Mauksch, Chief Creative Officer, Beauty@Gotham and Dana Maiman, Chief Executive Officer, Draftfcb New York. Heide Gardner, IPG’s Chief Diversity + Inclusion Officer, moderated the panel.
During the hour-long panel, the women shared personal stories as well as professional advice and inspirations with the crowd that included a cross-section of men and women from IPG agencies and IPG corporate. The panel discussion was followed by a question and answer session and networking. The event was hosted by WLN NY Co-chairs, Felicia Geiger, SVP, Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Deutsch and Marie Salzman, Account Director/Partner, Beauty@Gotham.
